As a director, carrying his camera between Nashville, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Whitstable, Toddy wasa one-man filmmaking band, interviewing artisans and artists, telling the stories of the unique relationships West Elm has developed with craftspersons and designers around the world.

As a supervising editor and creative partner, working with West Elm's internal marketing team, Toddy helped the brand rethink their capture techniques in both studio and documentary formats through directing spots, collaborating in campaign-wide creative in treatments and pre-production, and supervising the editorial and post-production process.
